It starts with an inspired salad mix, maybe classic lettuce, arugula, and spinach.  Or maybe spicy, with some mustard or Asian greens.  Add fresh slices of other veggies, colorful and lovingly grown, and savor the difference.  Local is fresher, tastier, lasts longer, and you know where it came from!  Imagine that:-)
